Insurance & Payment Options
We accept a range of coverage options to make quality home care accessible.
VA Community Care Network (CCN)
SHICS is an approved VA CCN provider. Eligible veterans can receive covered home health services through their VA benefits with no out-of-pocket cost for approved care.
MassHealth & CareSource
We accept MassHealth (Massachusetts Medicaid) and CareSource managed care plans, providing access to home health aides, personal care attendants, and nursing services.
Private Pay
For clients paying out of pocket, we offer competitive hourly and live-in rates with no minimum contract. Rates vary by service type, hours, and care complexity.
Long-Term Care Insurance
Many long-term care insurance policies cover private duty nursing and home health aide services. Our team can help you understand and submit your benefits.
Workers' Compensation
Clients recovering from a workplace injury may be eligible for home health coverage through their workers' compensation carrier. We work directly with adjusters.
