Private Care Services
Ongoing Assistance at Home
A new medical diagnosis or change in health does not have to mean giving up the life, routines, and activities that provide joy and purpose. SHICS develops personalized care solutions that help clients remain safely at home while preserving their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Whether support is needed for several weeks, many months, or on an ongoing basis, services can be adjusted as the client's health and circumstances change. Our private duty nurses, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work together to address personal-care needs, medication support, mobility, safety, and other daily challenges.
Ongoing care options may include:
- Scheduled daytime or evening assistance
- Extended shifts for clients requiring continuous support
- Coordinated around-the-clock care
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility, and household routines
- Private duty nursing for more complex clinical needs
- Medication support within each caregiver's authorized scope
- Respite and reassurance for family caregivers
- Communication with family members and the client's healthcare team
Every care plan begins with an assessment of the client's needs, preferences, home environment, and personal goals. SHICS then coordinates the appropriate level of nursing and caregiver support, providing dependable oversight and continuity of care.
Whatever the circumstances, our goal is to find a practical and compassionate solution that helps each client continue living life on their own terms.
